Worst Experience of Any Restaurant Ever
Visited Ruby Tuesday #4902 (Alabaster, AL) on Saturday, July 22, 2017 @ 8:01 p.m. bought 2 meals "To Go" after leaving checked the bag to make sure the order was correct.
There were no biscuits in the bag. Went back to Ruby Tuesday to inquire about the biscuits. I was told that Ruby Tuesday does not carry biscuits any longer. If you pay $20.00 per meal, and you do not have any bread or biscuits, you need to reduce the price of your meals to $5.99, because you have lowered the standards of your establishment.
I have never heard of a restaurant who does not serve bread or biscuits. I ordered the Bourbon Salmon and asked that they put an extra bourbon sauce on the side. When I finally got home to eat, there was no bourbon sauce on the meal, only the bourbon sauce that was in a container. The meal comes with bourbon sauce on it and I wanted an extra sauce.
The salmon was very well overdone, as well as the asparagous was flimsy and mushy. Nonetheless, I have frequented Ruby Tuesday on many occassions in the past few years, however, I will not be going back to any of their establishments ever again. The waitress who brought my order out was rude and laughing, along with the manager. There was another customer there who was also complaining that there were no biscuits.
Ruby Tuesday needs to close their doors, because I, and apparently many others, think so because the parking lot was empty. Go Bankrupt and close your doors Ruby Tuesday, because your establishment has been crossed off my list.

Very poor service
Tonight our family of five members, went to have dinner to Ruby Tuesday at Garden State Plaza, Paramus, NJ, at around 7:00 pm. When the host brought us to our table it had an area that was dirty, so I told him.
We asked for some drinks, and it took a really, really long time to bring them. My tea came later than the other drinks. My husband asked for a cup of Chardonney, but the waitress brought a red wine. My niece asked for a petit sirloin medium-rare, and they did it well done.
When the food finally came it was served very poorly. The pilaf rice was served by spoon, not the nice way it's usually served. We were atonished. There were not many costumers, so there were not any reason for these things to happen.
We have been going to that Ruby Tuesday for around thirty years, first when it was known as Tanglewood, and then when it changed name. We feel really disappointed.

Service Dog Issue. "AGAIN"
I contacted your corporate office a few weeks ago about a manager sending our waitress to our table to ask for documentation on my service Dog, our food had already been delivered, and we were trying to enjoy our meal. I always inform the staff that I have a Service Dog.
I explained to "Ebony", the manager, then called corporate the next day. You assured me that you would contact the managers and inform them of the Law. Well, it just happened again. 7:20 pm 8-9-2017.
As the waitress was seating us, a waiter, demanded that I show him a Service Dog ID. I continued to the table, sat down, and requested the manager and if necessary the Police. The manager, "Sierra", she was well informed, she apologized. I'm not trying to be a pain, I don't want anything free, I just don't want to be publicly insulted over having a service Dog.
Please contact me and assure me that you are on top of this.
Thank you. Robert Cole.

Worst Meal Ever Beautiful Presentation
My husband am I rarely go out to dinner we decided it would be nice to go on a date night and we had not been to Ruby Tuesday in a couple of years as my husband loves the burger and salad bar. The restraint was not busy and our server was friendly.
My husband ordered the double prime burger with a loaded baked potato, I ordered the grilled salmon with green beans and roasted cauliflower au gratin when the meal arrived it looked beautiful. My husband noticed the butter was not melting on this potato so when our server walked my we asked her to please bring a new potato as it was cold. she took the cold one and left the table my husband then went to tae a bit of his hamburger and it was also cold.
I ate a green bean and cold as swell and still crunchy, needless to sat the manager came to the table with a new potato which again was cold, needless to say we were very disappointed and did not want the food remade of microwaved the manager did not charge of for our food be did charge us for out 3 drinks which I thought was very rude and gave a business card for a free dessert, which will never be redeemed as this experience was very upsetting. We will never return and I highly will recommend to everyone boycott Ruby Tuesday as they do not take any pride in the food they serve.

Ruby Tuesday should have reduced the price of your order by $14.00, because there were no biscuits? Lol. Yeah right.
