Valentine's night my husband went and got Ruby Tuesdays for us for dinner.
By the time he got home we found out my whole complete meal was not there part of his meal wasn't there the so-called scalloped potatoes were actually mashed. The corn was ice cold his steak was very underdone when he only ever orders very well done.
The brownies were burnt as soon as I opened the container that is all I smelled was burnt brownies. The sampler dish was a disgusting sorry excuse of a sampler a couple chicken nuggets some cheese sticks and plain chips is not a sampler dish and not at all what I expected compared to what we found on the website. Might I add the mozzarella cheese sticks were disgusting they were cold and tasted very old. So when my husband called up to Ruby Tuesday's he was placed on hold several times by the manager even after he confirmed that yes this was an issue and all true.
However the manager said the only thing they could do after we spent $128 and didn't get half of our food and what we got was old cold and disgusting was offered a $25 gift card. I'm sorry but that is what we call a scam artist that is a rip off that is beyond sad and I am completely blown away that this kind of stuff actually is happening. I'm not made of money currently unable to work my husband works and takes care of a home with two teenage boys and my other oldest son who is an adult but autistic. We don't have the money for this!
we splurged for Valentine's Day and got the biggest disappointment ever and the biggest shock to find out that Ruby Tuesday's on glenstone has a manager that is a scam artist because in my opinion that was leftovers from the end of the night is what was served to us it was that bad not to mention we didn't get half our order and I didn't get any of my order. Like I said I will keep going up the chain and make sure it's heard because this shouldn't happen to anybody else ever again.

Got the new guac smash burger that looked delicious on the menu, in the pic the meat were hanging off the sides. When it came out the pieces of meat were so tiny you couldnt even see the meat inside the bun.
It was actually smaller than a Krystal patty. Looked like someone smashed 2 small meatballs and threw them on a bun. Every time I tried to take a bite it would slide off the bun it was so small. I would up taking it off the bun, which gave me about 3 bites of meat.
And it was $15! I will never return there again. Now I understand why there were only a few cars in the parking lot. And this was at noon.
My only regret is I didnt take a picture. I think the unbelievable shock of how ridiculously tiny the patties were, made me forget to.
The picture I uploaded is what it was supposed to look like. The patties I got were a quarter the size, no jalapeño chips, and the guacamole was slimy.

I emailed corporate, and nothing has been said in response to that email that I sent the day after this crap tastic meal arrived, which not only angers me, but it also shows very clearly that Ruby Tuesday’s does not have any concern about the food that their customers...
And when I called the restaurant to let the manager on duty and know about the problem, his suggestion was for me to let him re-order the meal, and that he would make sure that it was cooked appropriately even though at this point, neither of us are interested in eating because of the experience that we had already had Thoroughly and totally unimpressed with the entire experience and this was my first time ordering from Ruby Tuesdays, but this has told me that they are definitely not a place that I need to look at ordering from again one item being slightly off, is one thing, but this order was not slightly off The entire thing was a disaster and I do not see how they can justify sending this out a door and not expect a customer to call with complaints widely advised, and strongly suggested that customers not assume that they are going to get what they ordered or that its going to be worth what they pay for it

I contacted the store. I was assured that the cook had done a good job which if the customer is calling with issues about a meal that they ordered that should be a very big indication that the cook did not do a good job but instead, I was assured that, they believed that the cook did in contacting the corporation. My email went unanswered, unaddressed and completely disregarded four days which shows me that the corporation is not willing or able to put any type of effort into ensuring that the customers who are paying money for their product are getting what theyre paying for , this is the first and the last time I will ever spend a dime at Ruby Tuesdays because you definitely do not get what you pay for and what they charge is not worth the risk you take of getting what youre asking for this was probably the absolute worst experience I have had in dealing with a restaurant And for this being a national chain, that was the biggest shock and frustration I never dreamed that a company this big would be so *** poor with not only the food quality but the treatment of customers that did not get what they had asked for customer service is completely out the window and disregarded All they care about is the money and they do not care if you were getting what you asked for

This is for 1 incident at RB's Cedar Creek Rd location Fayetteville NC 28312. Ordered broccoli cheese soup and loaded baked potato.
What was supposed to be soup looked like pimento cheese and was stone cold. Potato was half size of the one I got the night before dining in. Drove back to the restaurant and the manager informed me they were out of potato soup. I asked why would they let me order something online when they were out.
She shrugged her shoulders and I asked for refund. She said I had to request that online and offered nothing more. I tried online and no place does it allow me to seek a refund. I will protest this charge to my bank when it posts.

It was the worst restaurant I have ever been to . It should be closed , service was horrible food was burned , we should have walked out 10 minutes after arriving

Managerial complaint
I do doordash with your Ruby Tuesday in Cumberland MD. Normally Customer Service is exceptionally Great.
On this day it was slow and when I came in I normally will sit at the bar. There were already two people at the bar, so I sat at a table that had dirty dishes that looked like the the customers already left. I wasn't bothering anyone. A waiter approached me, didn't even ask if he could be of any assistance, he proceeded to tell me that he didn't want me sitting at his booths because 'I would be chasing his customers away'.
I was flabergasted of how rude he was. I was there providing a service as a doordasher picking up a customer order for delivery. I didn't feel very welcomed in this restaurant after this incident. I went to the manager to complain and he basically agreed with this waiter attitude.
I enjoy eating at this place because the food is good and my family usually will book reservations for large family gatherings. I come from a large family of 10+ still living. I feel this response from this waiter was totally uncalled for. As I said I have a very uneasy feeling every time I return to do doordashing when I was treated like I was a bother.
I will tell you that if I was in there as a family and my family saw how I was treated, I wonder how well they wish to return after the treatment I received that day. I didn't get an apology from that waiter.
I am pretty upset with this situation. At this point I don't feel so welcome.

Birthday Coupon. Ordered out of the burger menu.
Asked if the bacon sandwich would qualify for coupon use with this coupon. You can see it has a $15 limit. The waiter said no problem. So I ordered the Bacon sandwhich with the add on $4.99 all you can eat salad bar.
VERY dissappointed with salad bar. Not being worked well. So after waiter says I can use it after being served he says you cant use it because that sandwhich didnt qualify. He says Im sorry.
Being sorry dont cut it. So he says you can talk to the manager. I DID. He comes by and asks what is wrong.
I told him. So he says what I will do is take the $4.95 off for the add on salad bar. (It doesnt reflect the $4.95 on receipt because he took it off) It was their failure I shouldnt have had to pay for nothing but the drink. ($3.95).
Two years ago they burnt me. Its my fault for being so dumb to go back.
