Complaint

We dined at your Lebanon, TN location On July 14, 2019. When we entered there was no one to Great us. After several minutes a you g man that looked dirty . Never said a word I said party of thee. Again not a word and walked away and we followed to our table. He lid the menu’s on the table. Our waitress approached and took our order. When we went to the salad bar and it not stocked well. The Potato salad looked spoiled. No lettuce. There were several dirty plates. I mention it to our server and was told they were restocking it in a few minutes. The guy that showed us to our table again dirty and looked like he just got out of bed brought clean plates only he placed them on top of the dirty ones. Another guy was restocking the bar without gloves and and even at a few Cherry tomatoes in the process.!not good. I have eaten at many of your locations in the past and always loved your salad bar. We did not use the bar and ordered something else. I am retired now but if any of my locations ever did this I wanted to know and that is why am sending this

What you described sounds like what I have experienced eating at soup kitchens. Dirty employees who look like they just got out of bed, unappetizing looking food, and dirty surroundings. You should have just gone to a place like that and saved yourself alot of money for the same experience.

Terrible food, long wait, service.etc.

When we arrived at Ruby Tuesdays the restaurant had approx. 5 tables.. we ordered a appetizer no problem.. we then ordered a cajun chx. Sandwich, wings, and chicken quesadillas... 40 MINUTES later still waiting.. Finally food comes sandwich only no fries, quesadilla cold cheese not even melted.. wings cold.. ketchup brought to table still no fries.. Meanwhile I use the ladies room which is totally disgusting.. not only were my shoes sticking to the floor other ladies had the same issue.. How in the world food is served out of this place is beyond me.. I will make a compliment to the Health Board, the conditions, food,served at a this restaurant, low temperature is unacceptable.. Pissed

I sent you a response a week ago. I was charged full price for appetizers during happy hour. The manager stated that I did not sit in the bar area and I had informed the waitress that I was there for happy hour.

Bad service and food

Ruby Tuesday jn Bethlehem Pa. Spscial night buy 1 get 1. Ordered triple play, ribs, chicken, shrimp. Ribs were just OK, but shrimp was the size of a clam strip, and dried out. Looked and tasted like a week old. Chicken was tiny and again, tasted like it was from the bottom of a barrel. My wife ordered asparagus, and it looked like spaghetti, and was inedible. Waiter should never had served it. He also forgot to serve sides that were supposed to be included. Overall very substandard experience. Salad was best part, but the never keep up with the croutons, which was the best pert of the meal. It will be a while before we return.... we were regulars.

Poor quality food.

My wife and I took my son out to eat at this establishment for his birthday with some other family members. Our waiter was pretty good therefore he got a good tip. I ordered the ribeye steak which was the worst steak I've ever had. It was mostly fat, not cooked correctly(ordered med well and got a super well done steak that had no taste and was super dry), the"cook" plopped the steak directly on top of the mashed potatoes, and my nephew's chicken sandwich was burnt to a crisp. Didn't want to embarrass my son by complaining to the manager so I let it slide but kept my receipt and will be talking to a manager.

Sounds like they gave your nephew "The Burnt Reynolds Special". As for the steak being plopped down in the mashed potatoes, I know someone who is like that where they don't want any of their foods touching. His name is Mr.Monk and it sounds like you and him would get along real good together.

Purchased $50 in gift cards for $15 bonus

I purchased two $25 gift cards in May 2019 during the $15 bonus campaign. It took a while to receive the gift cards so I emailed them and received an immediate response. And I did receive the gift cards in the mail a few days later. My $15 bonus was emailed to me but I must have mistakenly deleted the email. I have emailed them two times in the last ten days concerning this and have not received a response.

Uninformed employees

I attended one of your establishments on June 18,2019. Your restaurant was fairly empty. As the waitress greeted us we told her that we were there for happy hour and half price appetizers. She seated us and gave us a menu. I asked her to inform me of the Hale price items again. She pointed out spinach dip, bang shrimp and chicken wings. I asked her if the bone in wings were half off and she said yes. As I was satisfied with here customer services. When it was time to pay the bill I questioned the amount and the manager came over. The manager stated the we needed to have been sorted at the bar area in order to get half price. I was not informed of this and we sat where the waitress seated us. If that was the case we could have sat in the bar area since we had drinks. The manager proceeded to say that there was a sign on the door but fell to show it to me. I feel that due to an employee not knowing the procedures of your restaurant I over paid my bill and the manager could have taken care of this instead of me having to contact you. I was nice enough to still give the employee a tip because she stood there like she really did not know. I would appreciate some feedback in regards to this matter. Sincerely Deborah Shuler

First badcexperience

We have been regulars at Ruby Tuesday’s on Highway 54 in Durham North Carolina for many years. As a vegetarian, I was disappointed when they remove the quesadilla from the menu. Now tonight we have gone and had our first bad experience with the salad bar. It was frankly quite disgusting, from the greens which were wilted and wet, some even slimy, to the empty containers on down the line. No eggs, no olives, potato salad that look brown, So much water you couldn’t see what was inside, at Cetera the crackers were stale, and I’m not much of a complainer. Especially on a buffet. It’s hard to keep everything fresh. But I had so little on my plate, I knew it wasn’t worth what I was spending for the garden bar. And then I picked out some of the spinach that was just slimy as I ate. Not a very appetizing experience.

Complaining

I was served the advocado pictured below and when I complained, the manger said she would eat it if it were served to her with a sandwich and walked away. I will never eat at Ruby Tuesday again. This happened today at the Detroit Airport.

You get what you pay for

My mom (who is dead now) and I ate at the Ruby Tuesday's in Acworth, Georgia, which, by the way, closed down. Their food was so-so. The fries I got with my meal were rather tasteless, but I'll have to admit that their dessert was pretty good. So all in all it wasn't all that bad, but it wasn't too great either.

I was not service at the restaurant

This happened last Friday at 6:00pm on May 24 2019 in Sumter SC on broad St I was seated by the person at the front door there were 2waitress and the restaurant was not even full the waiter kept walking pass me not even asking me if I can be waited on they keep looking at me by passing me others came in after me they went straight to them I was the only black person seated in that area and when the white came in they went straight to them I felt real bad and discriminated against i video the whole thing being ignored
