Your Calhoun Ruby Tuesday on 7/2/20 @ 9:15pm had nothing but core chunks and wilted iceberg lettuce to serve at the salad bar, the bar was in a mess, trays empty , food scattered everywhere. I have four pics if you want them. I had bragged to my fiancée about how great the salad bar was. What a joke that was on.me. Never again.stay away.

If you had no issue with staying and eating the food, you should have no issue paying. Unless you left right away without eating anything you are not entitled to a full refund. If you cannot afford to feed yourself visit a soup kitchen.

Bad customer service

Came in at 6:30 pm. Was told understaffed it would be 30 min wait. I was a waitress fo35 yrs. knowing how everywhere is short staffed right now I had no problem with this until within 10 minutes he seated 9 people while we waited. Also watched 3 plates be sent back by sitting customers. Just because we were 2 adults with 5 kids did not give him the right to say did you guys want to go somewhere else. This was the worst customer service I have ever had. I will not be going back to ruby tuesdays anywhere and this will be shared on social media because everything I said happened

Compliments-Service and Disrespect

Placed a half-stack of ribs over top of fried shrimp. Manager Latonya Watson refused to recook the rib. The rib had shrimp batter on it, and I don't want food that was incorrectly fixed. Instead of cooking a now order. The manager said, she didn't have time for this and gave me her name and walked off. Also, out of chicken tenders and card machine was not operational so had to leave to get money and return to the order being serviced with food on top of food.

Stop wasting food.. You're ignorant and should be banned.

They don't need people like you in their restaurants. Start cooking your meals at home and be done with it.

No one wants rib sauce over the food thats fried. Thats your opinion if you want to waste your money and eat that way.

Awful food

Ordered a cheeseburger family meal which consists of 4 burgers and a kids chicken strip meal. Burgers were raw. Not rare but raw and the chicken strips were burnt. Cost almost $50ShockedShocked

Bad service at one of your resturant

We went in and was seated. It took alittle to be waited on. I told my husband that they were having problems and we will only get the salad bar. It took awhile to get our drinks and silverware. We waited on ourselves. Then we did not get any refills. The waiter had 6 tables and needed help. What upset me the most it was 4 people at the register looking at her and could have help her out.no

Customer complaint

The service, the Manager cussing out the employees. The fact that we waited an hour to receive our appetizer. Not only us but everybody in the restaurant.

Poor service

Waited at door for 8 minutes while we watched 8 employees make over a baby who was obviously an employees child Once they finally acknowledge our presence she said the staff was just arriving so it would be a while we arrived at 450 pm there was no line only about 2 other parties in restaurant finally at 507 we were seated only to sit there for an additional 15 minutes before we walked out No one ever came to our table to even ask about drinks

Complaint

I entered the restaurant in Walterboro, SC to place a to go order. There was no lettuce at salad bar. The man in front of me had already asked for some 10 minutes prior. There were at least 7 employees behind the counter laughing, joking. Not one person said hello, welcome, can I help you or anything. I had to ask someone to come help me. I got 2 salads but I was not offered napkins or a bag. Basically, given my plastic bowls and ignored. The other gentleman and I agreed, wont return.

I worked 2 hours training and a 4 hour shift .

I worked a total of 6 hours a month ago . I unfortunately was in an accident head on by a drunk driver. Unable to let Jay or mike know in Lisbon . I have not received my paycheck , contacted several times. My last resort is the labor department. Id like my check today. I left messages for mike moire and Jay whom was on vacation when I started . Please have someone contact me today . Its Wednesday the 12 of may . Terri Mckenna 869-303-****

My paycheck plus the 4 hours of training at home free meal for the lack of management paying employees

Inadequate Service

I have not been contacted by the store in regards to inadequate service received for a catering lunch we had for our staff in the Dublin location. Food was not correct, sauces were not brought, no phone call from the manager to speak with me directly as asked to do, and food that was ordered was dropped from the order, but no phone call received to see about swapping it out with a different appetizer.

Rude employee

When I asked if my order was ready she was unable to answer the question but was ready to take my payment.. I asked her if she would like me know how long my wait would be and she went to check..after about 15.mins she came from the back w alot of to go orders and she passed them out and gave and y bag and didn't say anything how.much I need to pay nothing just looking at me so I asked if I needed to pay she didn't respond she just passed me the square inasked for the manager and she went to get her I asked for the manager name she didn't want to share the information

Refund of $25.00 Ruby Tuesday gift card

For my 88th birthday awhile back, I was given a gift in the form of a Ruby Tuesday gift card in the amount of $25.00...one of my favorite restaurants. My problem is that I have found that Ruby Tuesday restaurants in my Dayton Ohio area are now closed!!! How do I get a refund of the $25.00????

They did not treat you this way because of your handicap. We spoke to the manager.

The other party had a reservation and you were informed about this.

Why make them look bad. Why forget to mention that the other party made a reservation.

Was taken to a table and left waiting 15+ minutes, NOT a server seen. While looking around, I had enough time to see how literally filthy the vinyl chairs were and wondered how dirty the bench I sat it was. Walked out, nobody said you ok, we'll be right with you, drop dead bc we don't care - NOTHING
