My order was supposed to be ready by 7:52, I didnt receive it until 8:24. Got all the way home, prepare to eat my dinner, and the shrimp are undercooked. My tortillas were burned, hard , and stiff. I didnt have black beans, pico de gallo, or sour cream. I returned to the store, and showed the manager my food, and requested a refund. He the manager told me that he wasnt giving me a refund, and that I needed to take my food, and go. Or he could dispose of it for me, but hes not giving me a refund, even though he saw my complaints were valid.

User's recommendation: Stay away from this location. They are rude, disrespectful, and unorganized.

Chicken carbonara pasta

I ordered the chicken carbonara which is supposed to have bacon in it. But every piece of bacon that I chewed on was a chunk of fat it nauseated me. Should have better quality products especially when that was a staple!

Ok food great service

We waited 20 minutes to be sat and after finally getting a sat our server Karen was very nice polite and professional. She made sure we got our food and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied and well tended to.

Great experience

Karen was our server, she was so attentive, polite, respectful, helping and prompt. She made sure we were satisfied and well tended to even tho there was something going on with the kitchen. She is amazing and we will be back for the great service and food soon!!

I got (2) half track of ribs dinner w/ 2 sides and it was red on the inside

Food was not cooked properly and the ribs were red on the inside. I got 2 dinners that was red on the inside

No Stars

Second time went into Ruby Tuesday and could never even get seated. Stood there five minutes then went to bar and ask to be seated. Young lady said it will be one moment. Five minutes later still wasn't seated. So we left. Same as before when we walked out. Saw to ladies already seated near door but they must have never had been waited on because a few minutes later they came into the same restaurant I had left and went too. So sad people just want do their jobs anymore.

Why are you throwing the manager under the bus? Something was left out of your order (you should have checked before leaving the restaurant - common sense) due to human error and on what was an EXTREMELY busy day for restaurants.

How is that the manager's fault? You tried to call but got an automated response they were busy, call later.

Gee, now let's think: why would they have been busy? You should have tried to continue to call, even if it meant calling the next day.
