2/18/18 Stopped for dinner at Ruby Tuesday around 5:50 pm. Walked inside to find there was no one up front to seat us.

Waited at least 5 minutes, which we shouldn't have, and finally got seated by a waiter. He said people had called in and short staffed. After seated waited for someone to take our order. Placed our order for drinks and food at same time.

Helped ourselves to salad bar and finished our whole plate and then waitress came by and wanted to be sure she had order correct. Evidently and she later said it was her mistake and order not placed. So we waited for the meal to be cooked (again). She said the manager would be by to talk to us and straighten things out.

Asked her for napkins and never got any. A little later another lady said manager had sent her out there to talk to us and she said I understand your meat was too thick and had to cook more. What? no that's not how it was.

She was sorry and said food would be there in a little bit. Once again asked for extra napkins and never got them. You would think they would have offered to discount our meal for such a long wait but no they acted like it was just something that happened. No discount, just sorry it happened!

I will think twice about going here again.

We ended up getting out of there after 7 pm that night. Not because of a crowd at all but because of Ruby Tuesday employees mistakes!!

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
