The prices that I viewed on the website were not honored.When questioned ,the manager Mark Williams was very rude.
He proceeded to discuss the matter in a confrontational tone in the presence of other customers. i had to ask for privacy in discussing the matter. I showed him the prices on the website and he said it was a third party website. How was I supposed to know that?
Our billed ended up being $10 more than we had anticipated, and this was with a so-called coupon.
He is the worst, most inconsiderate manager that I have ever encountered.He definitely is not concerned about customer satisfaction.
